When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, mobile number, project location, requested service, approximate size, written project details and any site photograph you choose to upload.

How the information is used

The information is used to review the project requirement, contact you, determine whether additional measurements or a site visit are required, prepare a quotation and maintain an enquiry record.

Site photographs

Uploaded photographs are used only for project review unless separate permission is obtained for portfolio or marketing use.

Storage and security

Enquiries may be stored on the website server and sent to the business email address. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet transmission or server storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing

We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers involved in website hosting, email delivery or project execution where necessary.
